Orders and Delivery
LegoMom only delivers to addresses in the Republic of South Africa.
Only courier delivery is available.
Orders placed on the website are binding and cannot be cancelled.
LegoMom reserves the right to cancel an order for any reason whatsoever on notice to you. In such cases, if payment has already been made, you will be fully refunded.
LegoMom will not be held liable for any damage or loss incurred due to incorrect delivery address or contact details provided by you.
You accept that in order for LegoMom to prove delivery of an order or part of an order, LegoMom does not have to prove that you personally received the goods, but that any person at the delivery address specified on the order signed for the delivery.
Damaged parcels: It is your responsibility to make sure that parcels are inspected upon delivery. You have the right to refuse parcels that are obviously opened or damaged. You have the right to open the parcel in front of the courier to check if the contents are in good condition before signing for receipt. Please inform LegoMom immediately of any damages. Once you sign for receipt of the parcel, the responsibility for the parcel shifts to you.
Courier
You will be notified via email as soon as your order has been dispatched. We will also send you the waybill number to use for tracking your parcel on the couriers’ website.
We offer door-to-door courier service via The Courier Guy.
Orders under R2000: R90 per order, delivered to your door
Orders over R2000: Free courier to your door.
All our products leave our premises only after careful inspection.
